Once summer is gone, the second half of 2011 will still bring up interesting events to expand our network of contacts, attend interesting debates and pitch for new ideas.

Below you find the top 7 events interesting to entrepreneurs taking place in different cities from all around world:

14th until the 18th of September: EO Change the World

Is the world ready for the changes that are coming?  Will entrepreneurs become our new role models?  With this challenging question and this inspirational video, the Entrepreneur’s Organization has organized an event that brings together EO members from all over the globe to Amsterdam. 3rd until the 7th of October: Vienna Start-up week

World class thought leaders from the Mobile and Internet industry, 10 handpicked start-ups will meet in the Austrian capital for a five day conference. The event will combine conference lead by a unique panel of speakers and the on-stage pitches from the selected start-ups.  Here you can find further tickets information.

15th and the 16th of November: SIME 2011 Stockholm

The biggest North European conference around digital opportunities congress will take place during the. SIME brings together entrepreneurs, top executives, marketing professionals and members of the press to discuss the on-going trends in the technology arena. 26th and 27th of October: Emtch Spain

Malaga invites to a two-days of conference that will present the latest trends in technology which are shaping the nowadays business world. The discussions will take place in round tables, “one to one” debates and presentations. You can find further ticket information here.

10th of November: Nordic Venture Forum:

The Nordic Venture Forum, which will take place in Copenhagen, presents the highest potential companies in life sciences, ICT and clean technologies. With the years, the event has proved to the best promoter of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland innovation. 50 selected companies will pitch in front of a panel of venture capital, corporate investors and strategic partners. 7th, 8th and 9th of December: Le Web 2011:

“Solomo, Social-Local-Mobile” this is the theme for the 11th edition of one the largest European Internet events. The conference as usual deals with hot questions around the current situation on the Internet industry, like; “Who is defining this era and why?” Here you can find tickets information.

December 2011 EEVC Final:

The final phase of one of the largest European Venture Contest will take place in Madrid for this year’s edition of the contest (final date to be confirmed yet, stay tuned for more updates). With an average of 700 ventures applying each year, the EEVC wants to give exposure to most high-growth and innovative European ventures. Information for the tickets is not yet available.
